The Rainbow team is a group of individuals who have worked together on various projects as a unified team, with a combined NHS experience of some 30 years.  Every one of us has had many years of delivering within diverse and complex projects. Because individual members of the team all have very distinctive and unique skills, talents and experience, our name is a direct reflection of this amalgamation of multifacted skill and strength.

In any team however, there are key or senior team members, and our team is no different. Below are a few of these key positions

PROJECT LEAD CONSULTANT

This team member is responsible for coordinating activities of all implementation phases and overall quality of multiple site simultaneous projects, (where applicable) including scope, schedule, budget and resources. Initial diagnostics to baseline project objectives, to final sign off. He works closely with the Trust / Vendor CEO’S, Directors and Managers and is the Group leader.

The Project Lead will provide project oversight, manage resources (internal customer and vendor) and ensure the use of best practices in NHS best practice Project Management Methodologies and processes for expedited and successful delivery of project goals. Provide clinical and administrative engagement workshops, along with NHS Inductions for trust new starters.

LEAD CONSULTANT

The Lead Training Consultant will be the creative solution provider assisting the end user to find a solution to their needs in the effective delivery of key points of the main project, under the guidance of the Project lead Consultant, and will manage and work closely with vendor teams.

The Lead Trainer will provide excellent project management, desktop technical skills, soft skills and change management training, as well as robust but diplomatic communication, time management and team skills and assist in Clinical engagement workshops in line with LpFit guidelines.

SENIOR CONSULTANT

The Senior Training Consultant will ensure that through detailed analysis of the client’s current and future workflow, the goal of the project is attained in the most timely and effective manner possible in order to enable a seamless integration and adoption of new systems within the organisation. In the execution of this role, the Senior Consultant will utilise his extensive technical expertise and ability, to assist the Trust achieve successful deployement.
